Welcome to the IGI Helpdesk!

If you are a user (from both national and international VOs) or a IGI site manager you can notify a problem and get support by opening a trouble ticket at the IGI national Helpdesk.

Otherwise, if you are an international VO user or you're willing to notify a problem to a given EGEE-III Grid Support Unit, you can also contact the EGEE-III European Helpdesk: GGUS

The IGI Helpdesk system and GGUS are fully interfaced.

Special GGUS tickets can be submitted by authorized users: alarm tickets and team tickets:

  • the GGUS alarm ticket workflow (pdf)
  • the GGUS team ticket workflow (pdf)
